Late Bookings : Bookings may be accepted up to 7days prior to a tour departure but will be subject to availability of accommodation, flight and may be subject to the payment.
RATE
1. Rate quoted based on minimum 2 person per program, Single Supplement : Must be paid when single traveler have been chosen
2. Child above 2 yrs and under 12 yrs request extra bed will be charged 75% off from the adult price
3. Child above under 12 yrs old will be charge 50 % off from adult price
Not Included in the Package Fare :
Charges for passports, inoculations, excess baggage charges, accident and baggage insurance, items of personal nature such as beverages, laundry service, tips and gratuities and more...
Deposit & Final Payment
A deposit of 50% from the total package price is required at the time of your itinerary set and confirmed. The balance of your tour price completing full payment must reach prior to your tour date. If for any reason your balance payment is not received by us by the due date, as set out above, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and apply the appropriate cancellation changes.
Changes in Itineraries:
In the event of a reason that beyond our control (for instance if an airlines changes its timetable ), we reserve the right to vary your itinerary and will give you prompt notice thereof. We will rearrange your tour by providing next scheduled flight or alternative arrangements the same standard as the one originally booked. In the event you have to cancel your booking because of the airline flight problem we will refund in full for the package rate already paid
Cancellation :
If you cancel at anytime prior to departure the cancellation fee will be full of tour package rate . If cancellation is made within 14 days of departure, the fee will be 25% of the cost of the package fare.
Refunds : No refunds on unused services
Consumer Claims :
If you are unhappy about any aspect of the tour, please inform our local representative or agent immediately, who will do everything possible to resolve the problem on the spot, since it may prove difficult to take any effective action on your return. If, however, this matter can not be resolved, please write us to info@floreskomodoecotour.com
Travel Insurance
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE AN APPROPRIATE COVER AT THE TIME OF BOOKING YOUR HOLIDAY. SO PLEASE CONSULT WITH THE RELIABLE TRAVEL INSURANCE COMPANY.. Bamboo Hai does include travel insurance, accident insurance or any sort of insurance on this tour.
Travel Documents :
Each person shall be responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa (s) and carry a valid passport at all times. All travelers to Indonesia must be in possession of passport valid at least six months after date of arrival. Please note that passport and visa requirements are not our responsibility or that of your agent.
Air Travel :
Participating carriers on these tours are IAT(Indonesia Air Transport), Merpati Airlines, Pelita Airlines and Garuda Airways. However, it may at certain times be necessary to use the services of other airlines. No airline will incur responsibility or liability to any person named in the booking, aside from that liability as may be incurred as the carrier.
Baggage :
For all domestic economy baggage regulation limit check in luggage for each passenger to two bags/pieces. However, neither bag/piece may exceed a total dimension of 20kg each. We recommend you to take the necessary baggage during the trip. In case you have checked-out from the hotel, please pack your baggage and locked it to store at our office. We will take it back to you on your arrival from the trip.
Travel Accommodation :
Bamboo Hai is not itself a carrier or hotelier, not do we own aircraft, hotels, or coaches. The flights, coach journeys, other travel and hotel accommodation comprised in your tour are provided by reputable carries and hoteliers on their own conditions. It is important to note, therefore, that all bookings with Bamboo Hai are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by airlines, coach operators, hoteliers and other service providers, including but not limited to car hire, restaurant operators, whose service we utilize, some of which limit or exclude liability in respect of death, personal injury, delay and loss or damage to baggage.
Our Responsibility :
We always do our best to make sure your tour arrangements are satisfactory and we accept liability for, but only to the extent of, any loss or damage sustained by you as a result of our negligence or that of our employees or agents. However, we can not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, comissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of those airlines, coach operators, hoteliers, or other persons providing service in connection with your holiday pursuant to a contract between themselves and yourself (which may be evidenced in writing by the issue of a ticket , voucher, coupon or the like) and over whom we have no direct and exclusive control. We do not accept any liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part, including but not limit to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of government or of any authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment of industrial action (whether or not involving our employees, and even though such action may be settled by acceding to the demands of a labor group).
